P.A.L. Prevent a Litter

Vouchers issued under the PAL Program can only be redeemed at Valley Spay and Neuter or the YHS Spay and Neuter Clinic. Vouchers do not cover the entire cost of spay/neuter procedures, but assist with the cost. The owner is responsible for paying the balance of the cost.

Request a PAL Voucher

Once your request is received, the voucher(s) will be sent via email within 72 hours. The voucher must be printed and presented at the time of appointment. Owner must schedule the appointment with the appropriate clinic.

PAL Program vouchers can only be used towards the cost of a spay/neuter procedure/package. Additional services are not covered.
